White House Denounces 'Democratic Fabrication' as More Jeffrey Epstein Photos Released

Democratic lawmakers have made public a new tranche of what they labeled "troubling" images from the estate of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been seen before—combined with another 70 unveiled later on Friday constitute a tiny fraction of the approximately 100,000 images handed over to the House oversight committee, which is looking into the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The fallen money manager died by apparent suicide in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being accused of sex-trafficking charges.

Notable Figures in the Images

Featured among the prominent personalities visible in the initial batch are celebrities featuring movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump is pictured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are blacked out.

White House Statement

The White House reacted to the release in a statement, alleging Democrats of purposefully "cherry-picking" the photographs for political purposes and to "try and create a false storyline."

"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been consistently disproven," a presidential representative stated, maintaining that "the Trump administration has achieved more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by consistently demanding disclosure, disclosing numerous documents of records, and demanding additional probes into Epstein's liberal connections."

Congressional Democrat Comment

The photographs were released devoid of explanation, but as stated by a California Democrat and ranking member of the oversight committee, they raise more questions about Epstein's associations with affluent people.

"Now is the occasion to stop this White House obfuscation and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he said in a release.

The publication of these images occurs alongside the House panel proceeding with its inquiry into the Epstein matter.
